My go to has always been whether the console supported analog or digital output. If it's analog, then it's retro. If it's a handheld though, then things get a bit more muddy.

Since this video went up, signatures have been rapidly climbing. If momentum is lost though, then the cause is lost, and the legal system will not address publishers being able to remove your access to content you purchased from them.
