I think it's just a good excuse to talk about older, more obscure games. Games people don't readily think about but might recall seeing it mentioned by someone else.

Twice, the last time was in 2021, and the excuse to not proceed then was that "The courts had to pursue it since he was not in office anymore." About 5 years later almost to the day, and he clearly isn't going to willingly leave office any time soon. They'll come up with other excuses of course.
