Got home late last night after two long weeks away for work, and Coriolis: The Great Dark was waiting for me. As a backer I already had the PDF, but physical books are special, and this one is a beauty.

Ten days into a work trip, I wearily loaded my clothes into the hotel washing machine last night, without checking pockets. Yep, the pods got a good scrubbing. Happy to say they survived and are working fine.

Glad to hear that _so far_ the tsunami hasn’t created any major damage in its path. I wasn’t expecting any damage, but I walked to the back end of the Santa Cruz harbor this morning and it all looks pretty normal.

I can’t really explain why I chose this ensemble for lunch, but these three go together better than you might think.

I’ve seen estimates of 3k, 4k, 8k. Don’t know how many were there, but it felt like a lot, and the #NoKings spirit was infectious in Santa Cruz today.
