it sucks that it took until my mid-thirties to get here. a lot of trauma, emotional abuse, manipulation, and getting walked all over by people that claimed to love me was endured to get to this point. but at least i made it. life is hard enough without having to people please for love & survival.

for each other. my family has finally come to recognize me as fully self sufficient and capable of deciding what’s best for myself (and supporting me through it all). i also have the most amazing manager & coworkers. for the first time in my adult life, im able to be myself authentically & out loud.
