I am sure he has this in his plan. but suggest reform is needed well beyond corruption on the Court. Corruption in setting the court seems like a sperate and worthy objective.

Like this list a lot, but think need to go further with the appointment of Supreme Court Justices. Term limits with appointments allocated to presidential term seems like a good idea. Of all the problems we face, the stolen activist Court is the one that looks most dangerous to me.
