National Park Service officials are on the lookout for two people who were seen throwing rocks at an elephant seal at Point Reyes National Seashore.

The incident was captured on video by a livestream camera on the afternoon of Dec. 6 at Chimney Rock, a popular site for elephant seal viewing.
