Yeah I’m really not trying to live in a studio. Criteria are 650sqft, wood floors, in-unit laundry. I’m happy with west Brooklyn and anywhere in manhattan south of 105th street.
There are options, but very few. Luckily I have time on my side and I live remote, so I can pounce when one shows up.
