Yes, on the other hand, my husband was seen really quickly, added to a waiting list, and after waiting 2 years for surgery was then told its currently a 3 year wait!

Have you tried pdf24? TBH, I had to double check the name as I always call it sheep24. I've found it good. Allows you to do just about anything to a pdf.
