We still think NYT is anything but a garbage rag?

I used to get mine locally sourced from the hippie co-op before they sold out and started listening to NoFX

I hear they suck live

Punk hasn't been the same since Ana started doing shrooms with DeadRockers

You know I don't like 'em putting chemicals in the water that do that kinda thing.

No one wants to fight for their life anymore.

This just in: Ana is responsible for chemtrails, more at 11.

I'd like to see more hard science writers

but a politician who actually *does* something with the feedback they get other than use social media for a makeshift town hall.
No man, sponsor legislation even if it's a loser, fill a pothole, talk to an AdminAgency, something.

But... we don't need battleships. Naval warfare doesn't...

Two links a MONTH?
Facebook isn't worth that for two links a WEEK

how'd it go?

I cannot fathom the ecstasy and jubilation DNC members have stabbing themselves over and over and over never learning a damn thing.

Because that's the only reason to PUBLICLY ANNOUNCE THIS

There was a Dumas quote "Friendship consists of forgetting what one gives and remembering what one receives"

I try to be + or - to that ideal.

My auditory processing would either interpret that exactly as intended or I'd be in your dilemma for longer than would be reasonable

I've resorted to oral examinations.
Honestly it's saved me time reviewing papers when students straight up admit that they haven't actually done the work.

Econometrics. People who know econometrics are better at integrating disparate fields of study than those who don't.

As a disabled person, PLEASE don't blame this on CTE. Being an asshole makes you an asshole.

As I've worked on/around The Hill for 20 years, I know more about how this works than most. Anyone with eyes knows Schumer's "fight" was kabuki. No one trusts him now.
Read his website; dreadfully unimpressive.
There's no argument how his legislation would prevail any better than Thompson.

Former Schumer staffer?

I'll round up the boys in Birmingham, Montgomery, and Mobile and make sure he doesn't bring Schumer's do-nothing hand-wringing into Congress.

Thank you for sharing this.

Agreed. Doesn't understand THAT he's doing harm and doesn't care in any meaningful way when told that he's doing it.

BUT LOL I'M AUGUSTUS CAESAR EVERYONE

I'm about to argue a difference w/o a distinction
I think Zuck is indifferent to the suffering that he causes, or thinks there's an "ends justify means" argument somewhere.

Hanlon's Razor in partial effect here.
That said, the lack of awareness his damage causes makes him so much worse than evil.

Every other aspect of economics is understood to be nuanced with layers upon layers of factors.

but video games is the blunt 2x4 of markets?
It never made sense to me, either
December 17, 2025 at 4:33 PM
Back when I had regular economic data, I would argue that households would be more likely to prioritize video gaming as an inelastic good to explain the perception.
I don't have that data anymore, so I've stopped saying it out loud...except for right now.
You're right tho, ppl need to stop saying it
