So I started Nioh 2 properly because I never really did before, and I'm at that annoying situation with Nioh 1 where I'm far enough in. BUT it's been ages since I last played so I forgot everything about how to play. But hey, now I get the cute Scampuss to follow me.

So I started Nioh 2 properly because I never really did before, and I'm at that annoying situation with Nioh 1 where I'm far enough in. BUT it's been ages since I last played so I forgot everything about how to play. But hey, now I get the cute Scampuss to follow me.
Watching the Topper trilogy (Topper, Topper Takes A Trip, Topper Returns) I realize some things. 1:Roland Young was amazing at physical comedy. And 2: They don't really write pleasant characters much these days. Usually when they do, they try to make them scatterbrained.

Finished Vikings:Wolves of Midgard (very nice game) and now to figure what to play next. Which on one hand is good because I'm getting through my backlog. But on the other hand is annoying because do I want something goofy or serious? New new or New to me. Decisions decisions.

Finished Vikings:Wolves of Midgard (very nice game) and now to figure what to play next. Which on one hand is good because I'm getting through my backlog. But on the other hand is annoying because do I want something goofy or serious? New new or New to me. Decisions decisions.
One thing that I find odd about reality shows that highlight a religion and use that religion to explain their actions (multiple kids in 19 kids& counting, polyamory in Sister Wives, unmarried men being clean shaven in Suddenly Amish,etc), but they never explain why the reason.

So I shoveled my walk, and thank whatever deity you want to follow some guys took pity and helped me out. Especially since there was like an inch or better of ice on top of the snow. But the walk is cleared now, so that's good.

Lots of snow means good enough reason for more chicken and dumplings. Because few things say warmth like meat, sauce, and carbs.

Here's an idea for hardware chains: Offer a service where you send someone to a house to find out what the people actually need for replacing an appliance. That way, it can be done in one go, and not nickel and dime the customers as they try to get something done.

The Mystery Island movies (on Hallmark +) are fun. The murders are interesting, I suspect it's done in the Glass Onion house, and the chemistry between Elizabeth Henstridge, Charlie Weber and Kezia Burrows is great and believable. But I'm a sucker for Henstridge anyway.

I'll be honest, I'm getting reeeeaaaallll tired of seeing the term "deck builder" in game descriptions for RPGs. If I wanted to play with magic cards, I'd strap a hologram generator to my forearm.

KFC has poutine. Well, probably not a proper one, but it does have cheese curds. ...which I didn't order because I'm American and therefore a poutine illiterate. I know, I should have gone for it, but I didn't. Although the combo could have used a biscuit thrown in.

While not a fan of American horror Story, I do find it funny the house from the first season had already been on TV as a haunted house back in the 80's.

What is it with tropical settings in murder mystery media and suicides made to look like murders? Death In Paradise did it a TON, but a few others have done it as well.

If I have a complaint about the second season of Culinary Class Wars (on Netflix currently) it's that they DECIMATED the Black Spoons so quickly, it felt uneven. Although glad that Brew Master made it to the Final 7.

To anyone who decides to read The Seven Dials Mystery by Agatha Christie after having watched the new Netflix's Agatha Christie's Seven Dials, I will warn you that you may be disappointed because the novel and the show are noticeably different in overall tone. And vice versa.

So I discovered yesterday that Poptart Ice cream sandwiches exist, and while I can kind of understand the chocolate and strawberry ones, I can not for the life of me get the brown sugar cinnamon ones. I mean, why? But I often think that in regards to that flavor.
