The Yakuza games are partly as iconic as they are because of the ridiculous NPC dialogue. Need I remind anyone of the How to train your Dominatrix sub story? No AI can produce that.
i take frenzy damage every time i see someone go "well i just use it for the boring stuff". what are you TALKING about? if it's boring or unimportant, why are you putting it in? NPC dialogue is fertile ground for worldbuilding, creating verisimilitude, conveying important information, and hijinks!!
Buy a solo indie dev's game because I want to support them.
Find out it uses OpenAI to write "non-important NPC dialogue".

If they ever make a Mega Man 12, it needs to be a Sonic Frontiers style revival. I don't mean gameplay, but rather a willingness to embrace continuity, try new things and move forward. Do something unexpected! I have my own personal ideas, but I'll keep that to myself for right now. #Megaman #Capcom
