As 2025 is coming to a close, I'm thinking about what I want to do in 2026.
I want to draw a lot more. I want to keep designing characters and practicing my art. I also want to be more involved in the Warrior Cats community, instead of just posting a few random thoughts every so often.

As 2025 is coming to a close, I'm thinking about what I want to do in 2026.

Warrior Cats thought: Do you think the clans use the same "cover the scent of death" herbs at the fresh-kill pile? I know they use them when a clanmate dies before burial, but you know they have to do something about the stack of dead birds and mice in the middle of their camp.

Warrior Cats thought because I've been away from things for a bit: I never heard anything about Squirrelstar having a leader ceremony, & I'm getting increasingly concerned that some drama is gonna drop that something went wrong & she didn't get leader lives/didn't get all nine.

Warrior Cats thought because I've been away from things for a bit: I never heard anything about Squirrelstar having a leader ceremony, & I'm getting increasingly concerned that some drama is gonna drop that something went wrong & she didn't get leader lives/didn't get all nine.

Warrior Cats thought: How big do you think the clan camps are spatially? Because when clans can get as big as 40 cats or more, and they need enough space to sleep, move around, gather for meetings, run across clearings, etc, it's gotta be a huge area.

It's been a really long time since I was posting on social media. To make a very long story short, Life chaos meant that I had to put social media to the side for a little while.
But now that things have settled, I can get back into the swing of things and back into art!

Random Warrior Cats thought: I think it's an interesting contrast that Firestar was willing to go against the warrior code when he thought it was justified, only for his granddaughter Hollyleaf to be like "You must follow the warrior code at all costs!"

Warrior Cats question: Some cats are described as having a "shredded" ear, but wouldn't that affect their hearing? Cat ears are shaped like that to pick up more noises, but I feel like the books don't address how a cat's hearing would be changed when an ear is that badly damaged.

Always thought it was funny in Warrior Cats the clan cats say kittypets are soft and weak, even though there's multiple instances of kittypets kicking the asses of entire patrols of warriors. They really started the kittypet hate because they were mad at Pinestar, didn't they?

I'm not great with sprite edits, but I thought about doing this particular April Fools edit on the Warriors Wiki ever since I did one for Christmas.
My only regret is someone beat me to putting this in the pixel slot. I got there right at midnight but it was already changed. 😢

Bluestar's Prophecy will always drive me up a wall like what do you mean you introduced an entire cast of new and completely unrelated characters only to have a small handful of them have children and consequently retcon everyone in the first arc to be directly related?

I realized after I posted this that I accidentally lightened Tigerstar in the fourth panel when I was attempting to lighten the backgrounds. (Backgrounds were too dark when 50% of the characters are also dark.)

I want to see Warrior Cats have either an arc or at least a subplot where a dog/pack of dogs helps the clans. We already had Millie speaking to dogs, why not have a dog who was raised with cats or something and learned how to speak to them?

Warrior Cats thought: We've had cats who lived their entire lives with their apprentice name. But what if a cat lived their entire life with their kit name? Maybe their mother left the clans for some reason, but kept their kit's name and decided not to change it as the kit grew?
