There are now different places in an area, as of now there is just Tea shop and Saloons, will add specific place to specific area depending on social, economical, and political aspects of that area

I created an Orchestrator system for NPCs
Currently there is only one NPC, Pappu Hatela, who you will find at Fort around midnight selling drugs

Added an Orchestrator system which uses the time and place to show crimes and free will actions in the 'Interact' tab
