Idk if it makes any sense but anxiety and depression for me feels like Silent Hill. It comes and goes in waves of a fog that causes my mind to go into chaos, but it always seems to go away. I just wish I had advice or a way to make it go away forever.

They don’t hate you. That’s the mental talking. It’s possible you’re doing great and that people enjoying being around you. It’s the clouds. Don’t let it lead you. You got this and you’ll make it through.
