I’m tickled that video game golf is apparently now a televised sport, but I’m fascinated to learn that CAMBOT from MST3K has a new job!

Concept proved. I cut a short Billy to serve as an extension to my existing short Billy toy shelves, and lit it with a Mittled light strip as my beloved Norrfly strips have been discontinued. The walls in this room slope at the top, and this takes the shelves as high as they can go.

Third: a copy (not the best quality, but finally a copy) of Marvel’s Transformers #67, which I somehow didn’t realize until last year had a cover by Jim Lee (who is just a wonderful person to meet and talk to at a New York Toy Fair in the early 2000s when he’s in the Mattel booth promoting Batman)

Update: it didn’t sell the first time, but after being relisted for one yen, it went for ¥32,520 (about $225). Do you feel what I’m up against? 225 sighs. #rodimus #transformers

This is the kind of stuff I'm still missing. I expect it will go for about 150 or so. For a 37-year-old model kit that was probably 50-100 yen or so. Sigh. #Rodimus #Transformers
