Same here mate, although this one gave me plenty of practise. Most of the plastic was not compatible with any of the usual modelling cements.

It all went a bit wrong after that, I broke windscreen. One other thing I found, the chrome trim strips don't stick very well, so you might need some additional adhesive.👍

Here she is, my first build for 2026. As the saying goes not too bad in places, in others I could and should have done better For an old kit it was typical Tamiya apart from the decals. Ah well hope you like it.

Mojo at a low ebb at the moment a 2 week ME relapse followed by a nasty cold meant I haven't had a lot of energy. Anyway here's the progress so far on the 1/12 Tyrrell. Some grinding around the dash bulkhead will be needed to get the tub cover to fit.
