This sounds exactly like the world view of the reactionary right, too. For a party that preaches "personal responsibility" to everyone else, they obviously don't think it should apply to them! The hypocrisy is astounding (but not surprising).

I knew a guy in college who, slightly after Malice Green was beaten to death in Detroit by 2 cops, said he wanted to become a cop so he could "bash people's heads in with a flashlight."
ICE gives off that same "I fantasize about hurting people" energy.
