Yeah, I get them semi-regularly lately too.
I've been reporting each one then blocking them. :/ Be nice if there's an actual solution though.

Oof, certainly degrades chance of recovering things. But not completely impossible, since phones use more of SSD storage. So it'll have better odds since it's stored on chips rather than a hard drive.

For the pictures and such, if they're important, you could take it to a data recovery place. They should at least let you know how much it could potentially be, cost wise.
