Fieldfares in the hawthorns at Sutton Bank, North Yorkshire (UK). These beautiful thrushes are winter visitors to the UK, though numbers vary. It’s impressive how such large, striking birds can almost vanish among a tangle of branches, berries and grey winter sky. Watercolour painting.

Here's another watercolour from a sketching visit back to Winchester where I spent a year at the art school in the '60s. I had a particularly productive stay in the late '90s and this is favourite from then. It was bought by a friend and I'm sure she's looking after it.

Girls wearing ballgowns are real hot like imagine a girl with an hourglass body fitting through all of that fabric covering their body from neck to toe and all of that fabric tightly covers up their hourglass figure which gives them a huge bust for their chest and their puffy gowns look pretty. <3
