It’s simple: money corruption. Has no one ever seen Network? It wasn’t a satire. It was a documentary. Everyone saw what was happening to TV news in the ‘70s. It was taken over by consultants to maximize audience appeal & ad revenues. They made it ridiculous with their couches & coffee tables.

Well first they have to investigate the vote & ensure the election was legitimate. Then there are the court cases. Floor debate to entertain the question. Subcommittee & committee hearings. FBi investigation into Grijalva’s background—to check if she’s moral enough for Congress. My guess is never.
