When Trump handed over Afghanistan to the Taliban with a fixed timeline he created the hasty withdrawal that the Biden administration screwed up. Trump's policies are creating enemies of the USA and radicalization becomes inevitable. I believe he wants these attacks. Because he craves wartime powers

So what is a nurse practitioner now? Since they are all I get to see anymore. I guess doctors are too busy being bribed by big pharma to take time with the patients they push scripts and scans to. Are they now unprofessional practitioners.
