Presumably, whoever voted for this either has nothing to do with education and/or their children attend certain schools who have the minister in their pocket. They appear to mistake zeal for competence.

Yes, doctors sprang to my mind too. The one I saw when I broke my arm a year or two ago looked like he was fresh out of high school! 😂
