This was one of those unrealistically cute novellas you run to the store during a snow storm, and return to find an attractive stranger snoring, phone charging laid out on your floor.

Trope: A hostage situation with a twist love at first sight and bullying.

I have to be honest the original cover of this book turned me away from it, but I saw so many great reviews.

I gave it ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This novella was cute and quick. Bakari was a grump, but Wyn was able to win his heart. Regardless, I loved how he always reassured Wyn that she was beautiful.

The first book I read was not that good. It was a bit repetitive especially with the dialogue. I decided not to rate it. The cover was so cute though.
