I’m not a Cost Plus expert but I have looked at it from a couple of different perspectives. As I understand it there is no membership, the pricing you see online is the pricing for everyone. To start using them you set-up an account and transfer the RX from current pharmacy.

There is a manufacturer discount that takes it down to $650 for the pen. If you can use a vial and syringe to inject it yourself it is even a little cheaper than $650. You can look up zepbound discount card online:
