My suggestion is to only do this obsessive tracking to figure out some simple rules of thumb that you can keep up and work for you. Then stick to those rules and stop tracking so intensively. Rules like: no sugar on weekdays, work out 5 days a week, no food after 8 pm, etc. Easy to remember stuff
