D&D Blue Box (age 10). Amiga 1000 (age 17). The intersection of TTRPGs and technology has been my life ever since. After a long career in software, I've retired to start Northland Creative Wonders - a small studio creating opinionated apps for TTRPGs.
My Drow were always white skinned, because most species underground eventually lose their pigmentation. That works well with their aversion to the sun; and I love my players' reaction when they figure out the dark in dark elves does not refer to their color.

Can confirm... Deepnight Revelation is an amazing campaign. Very different from any other Traveller campaign from any edition. It's a big effort but totally worth it.

Collabora Office is a port of LibreOffice that is available for cheap on the App Store. I haven't tried it though. 🤷‍♂️

You say "very far from knowing". So, what does it take to know? A fossil would likely be controversial, right? Multiple fossils?

Is it plausible to that we could "know" without actual people being there to look?

Parlianth from the original Earthdawn game almost was exactly this. The box set even had a poster of a communal wall map created by various adventurers.

Old Yankee joke....

A southerner on vacation passes by a yankee farmer working. "What are you doing?" he asked.

Yankee Farmer: Picking the rocks out of my garden.

Southerner: Where did the rocks come from?

YF: Glacier brought 'em

S: Where'd the glacier go?

YF: Back to get more rocks, I guess

I've always thought campaign mementos were an under appreciated thing. Memories of past campaigns is such an important part of the hobby.

We commissioned a picture of the whole party after our Age of Worms campaign many years ago. I've still got it on a mug.

Nice! I'm glad you found it early in your Story Beats journey.

DM me if you want to see what is coming next for the tool. I'd love to show it to you and get some feedback.

Here's a short video showing the glow effect.

An Arduino Nano is controlling strips of addressable LEDs. The case is painted with Rustoleum hammered metal effect spray paint. The inquisition symbol and crystals are 3D printed. The crust on the crystals is Vallejo Black Lava textured acrylic.

My #1 video game feature request is a mobile app to do inventory management when I've got moments to spare during the day. I don't have that much time to sit down and play, and would prefer not to spend that time buying/selling and equipping characters.
