I’m starting to read “Blueprint for Revolution” today it’s been on my TBR for a while (I typically read a book a week but there is so much to learn the list gets LONG) I want to know how to better push for POSITIVE change. What are you reading?

How honest am I allowed to be? I ask myself this all the time. How honest can somebody tolerate me being? Maybe it’s not a better question but it’s the one I end up answering instead.

Today I started reading through my childhood journals as I begin to write my book. What struck me was how disassociated I was even at 10. I described my days all the same whether I was picked up and thrown against the furniture and begging for my life or had a good day at school. #cultsurvivor
