I understand that a lot. Everything is disintegrating around us, but it’s not everywhere all at once and it’s not everything all at once for enough of us to be able to change what’s happening. Earlier this year I felt more optimism.

I have so much compersion too! I hope it doesn’t seem cruel to you that I had to do this really hard thing for my husband because I don’t even know myself completely. I have no basis for comparison. We’ve been married 22 years. And I’ve always felt this way.

I’m having a lot of big feelings and so is my spouse. My primary concern is proceeding in ways that hurt him the least. I think if we try to work with trust we don’t want to hurt each other, then it’ll be ok. And then I’ll come on to someone and be rejected and that’ll make me sad Lol
