Followed your link but couldn't find the chapter. Just a long blurb that made it sound uninteresting to me.

Hilarious, but the AI app that will kill us all will solve the problem of "Justice delayed is justice denied." AI-powered courts with AI-powered robocops will insure "instant justice" for each of our crimes. Homo sapiens will last about one week.
