I still struggle with giving him money. I also had a downed powerline trapping me on my property. So, no power, no water, no exit, running out of fuel and food, no comms, no ability to contact emergency services. That won out over my dislike of him.

I want to agree with you, but...
It's been nearly a year since Cyclone Jasper knocked out power, water and communications for over a week where I live. Roads were flooded. Food and generator fuel had to be rationed. Starlink was the only comms service still operating.
I loathe giving Musk money.
