We do not need to prove ourselves to anyone that we are valid and exist. Our accomplishments do not need to be explained. Even if your body of work is mostly internal, you should celebrate and be allowed to be proud of how far you have come. If someone else can’t see that- that’s their loss.

No matter how heavy today feels, tomorrow is a new canvas. The past does not define you—each sunrise brings a chance to begin again, stronger and wiser. A fresh start isn’t a miracle; it’s a choice. And you have the power to make it.
