I always felt this way when I worked in clinic with the difficult cats and dogs. Once you learn their rules and win them over, it’s the best feeling in the world! ❤️

Yes! I found out you can just go to the lab downstairs vs having someone struggle in office at my doctor’s building and I was blown away. Like why was no one suggesting this to me after sending in the 3rd person to try to get blood from me???
