I SWEAR IM NOT DRUNK that's my MS making me swerve. I'm writing a book to prove it. Production coordinator for Pavonis Interactive. Voice Coordinator for Terra Invicta. PhD in media studies. Voracious consumer of popular culture.
He'll understand when he's 7. At 7, they can understand things like motives, like commercials are trying to sell stuff.

This'll be a good compliment to the one I'm planning, which is just me screaming.

Amazing!
November 14, 2025 at 3:21 PM
There's one even better: hitting your out-of-pocket.
November 14, 2025 at 3:14 PM
These are so cool.

Two of my five disorders are like this. I get their attention because I'm something no wants to be: medically interesting.
November 14, 2025 at 3:11 PM
Oh whew. I was going to say, what kind of hospital is this? 😉
November 13, 2025 at 5:41 PM
I have no doubts. You will triumph.
November 13, 2025 at 1:09 PM
That makes sense. What appear to be bones on an X-ray are something more akin to a hard gelatin.
November 13, 2025 at 1:07 PM
Do they not have actual bones?
November 12, 2025 at 10:53 PM
May it soak in quickly!
November 11, 2025 at 11:25 PM
I think it's solumedrone? I always refuse them because I had a terrible reaction to it with my first MS episode. But I'm hoping it helps you!
November 11, 2025 at 2:09 PM
I would be doing the same. All of my fingers and toes are crossed for you that the decline was due to the sub-cut dose. You may not immediately improve even if it is. If you get steroids with your dose, it might help reduce any lingering inflammation.
November 11, 2025 at 1:48 PM
Oh, I think there's a good chance you're right. All of that inflammation hitting at once could have been the culprit. When was the dose? Are your symptoms easing at all?
November 11, 2025 at 1:34 PM
I don't think the sub-cut one is available here, but this is making me want to stick to IV in any case. I absolutely love how we're comparing and diagnosing. It's excellent that you're being monitored, so you can knock off one potential cause.
November 11, 2025 at 1:17 PM
Excellent on the monitoring. I didn't know why for years, but it turns out to be intestinal inflammation due to a long-ago surgery. There's nothing they can do about it, so iron infusions it is. I know quite a few people who need iron infusions and they don't know why.
November 11, 2025 at 1:09 PM
Yes. Not sure how it works there but hopefully they'll monitor you. I get my ferritin and iron saturation checked every three months. They give me iron immediately if ferritin is below 30 or saturation is below 20. And that was before we knew why I was losing iron.
November 10, 2025 at 8:21 PM
How often do you tend to need them? Mine are about every 9-18 months.
November 10, 2025 at 7:57 PM
Same same same same. I hoard them. I have both a drawer and a shelf for backup meds just in case. (Also worried about the supply chain.) I am in the process of being diagnosed with my 5th autoimmune disease. I remember the hell that was getting insurance pre-ACA.

This is my favorite.
November 9, 2025 at 1:14 PM
Shhh don't tell him you did it on purpose.
November 8, 2025 at 7:39 PM
As long as I can throw away entire boxes of crap I once thought was important, I'm in.
