Sometimes the world we live in is not the world I want it to be. Then after a regular meeting a friend asks if they can pray for me before a minor surgery. Three people join in. Each focused on seeking spiritual connection and healing. And I remember. The world is filled with kindness and hope.

Where does your path lead you? How do you feel about that?

Prayer painting. When you make one you simply paint and allow yourself to pray as you fill a canvas with color and texture. When you see a completed one, allow yourself to follow colors or brush patterns as you focus your prayers. Simplifying to one or two words. Visual meditation.
