If the government doesn’t comply, and evidence is inevitably destroyed (or just “gone,” in a way that the government tries not to outright admit that they destroyed it), what is the consequence or punishment?

Amen.

Wow. There was no way any of these agents felt that their life was in danger. It was 8+ agents on a single individual. And after the person was shot at point blank, his body going limp, the agent fired multiple more shots. This agent needs to be investigated/charged with murder.

This is filed to SDFL (Judge Cannon)? Isn’t the ball out of her court, given a) Appeal’s Court demanded that she make a final decision about it and b) that decision was that her injunction on volume 2 of the report expires in February?

I just hope that a future administration (and DOJ) comb through all the digital evidence out there, a la J6 investigations and prosecutions, and hold all the law-breakers accountable.

“…make ICE comply with the law…” uhh, ok how? The mayor of Minneapolis described the realistic situation. Theoretically, should the local/state police be able to arrest a fed agent breaking the law? Yes. But, in reality, they have greater numbers and bigger guns than the local/state police.

Isn’t murder usually charged as a state crime? Shouldn’t the state of Minnesota investigate it, regardless of whether the Feds cooperate or not.

I feel like this is specifically being allowed before Judge Cannon’s injunction on volume 2 of the report expires in February. So that he can’t answer many things that he would very much like to. @muellershewrote.com

@adamkinzinger.substack.com has been describing the smell thing for years. And before that, @noelcaslercomedy.bsky.social described Trump having multiple episodes of incontinence, not just farts, during The Apprentice years.

She denies motion to release the report. If she does that, without decent explanation, do you think 11th circ will just overrule her decision, like previous times? @muellershewrote.com
December 4, 2025 at 1:32 AM
So the three possible outcomes: Cannon grants the motion to release, and then it may come out 60d later, after notifying Nauta & De Oliveira teams (unlikeliest.) She doesn’t rule by the Jan 2nd deadline (unlikely it seems, given 11th circ has put her in line before.) Or..

Can the affiants who gave sworn statements to the judge, that were lies, be prosecuted or reprimanded in some way? Will that happen?
November 21, 2025 at 3:25 AM
When will they share the photo? Maybe after his denial/lie?

Hopefully “Officer NJ” (or any of the unnamed other officers present) were wearing body cams. And will have to share with the court the footage of the event…

And I believe there were multiple news stories of how the Trump Hotels did the opposite of honoring the government per diem rate: jacked up their prices of all the rooms for the SS and President’s entourage.
