I think it may be because the extended cast never caught on initially. I'm cool with them, but they aren't the most compelling crew.

You aren't stupid. You're more willing to explore things that actually seem interesting to you, even if the environment is kinda toxic to that mentality. I kinda need to take into account that any of my negative associations need to be tempered. Not to bash folks over the head with them.

Your point of view on this has made me reevaluate how I recommend games. I have a bias and haven't considered that how I discuss it in many situations is in absolutes, which isn't fair for those who have a more open mind that I do.

Why do you hesitate if you know what has to be done?

I kind of expected them to try to tie in Monster Hunter stuff to more Ikoria monsters and mechanics or at least some Zendikar stuff for the Hunters.
