That whisper became DEVA Training & Staffing Solutions—a space where women, especially those rebuilding after violence or incarceration, could learn digital skills, gain confidence, and reimagine what independence could look like.

If you’d told me ten years ago I’d write a book called How to Become a Kick-Ass Virtual Assistant, I would’ve laughed.

Back then, I was juggling contracts, motherhood, and the quiet whisper that there had to be a better way to work—one that honoured both my spirit and my schedule.

Tomorrow, I’ll be sharing something deeply personal—a story about my journey and what comes next.
