Lowkey, I don't respect any takes from box makers that like to organize art into categories and insist you obey the walls they're constructed.
Literally, just make whatever and it can be whatever.

I try to consume wholesome non triggering media before bed, and it helps sometimes to calm me down enough to sleep at least.
