I love getting new games for my handheld collection. Getting too spend a few minutes cleaning the cart, verifying the data and backing it up for preservation is incredibly meditative for me.
Plus then I get a new game to play! (cuz games are meant to be played)

People are this mad about it because that was a blow to a sensitive wound we’re all feeling - where the art we’re seeing can’t be trusted, where the voices we hear might not be human, where the stories we experience might come from somewhere entirely hollow.

I don’t think Larian understood that when they casually talk about their use of genAI it wasn’t spoken into a board room or a zoom call full of people thinking about numbers, it was to a host of fans who looked to them as an example of humanity and art persisting in spite of things like that.

Please don't tell me I just "have to accept AI will be in the future of my career" if for every example you give for imentation, I can provide 3 ways a human could do it quicker and cheaper. If I can say "but does this HAVE to use AI" and you can't give me even a vague reason, I'm not going for it

Even if im no longer a part of the company i hope that folks still play Possessor(s) because we, the devs, put a lot of hard work and love into it. We want to see it be enjoyed by folks~
Unfortunately my time with the lovely teams of Hyper Light Breaker and Possessor(s) is coming to an end tomorrow.
