Twitter sucks now. I'm a big ol' queery queer and a big ol' Jewy Jew. Give me yarn.
I think I know this cat. 💖

I don't make money, but the shelter where I volunteer makes money from my crochet. This is a Kitty Egg. It's my own pattern, and it's pretty much made of yarn, a plastic Easter Egg, and rice and catnip/silvervine blend to make it smelly and noisy. Cats lose their tiny minds. 💖

Yep. Immigration is a great thing, as are immigrants. It's a sign of a healthy society.

I wish I could donate, but most of my money already goes to the shelter where I volunteer. (It's a shelter and thrift store in one. Absolutely awesome.)

Grackles are the best. I love them.

Yikes, yeah. The one in OKC makes sure to get all their specimens ethically, and they don't have anything as tasteless as Serial Kill-O-Rama. It's one of the best museums I've ever been to, plus I got to meet Indy (the museum cat). I made him a catnip bone.

That right there is a spoiled baby. 🖤

They're loud, they're anxious, and they can be snappy, but people don't do their homework and go in blind. It's an awful situation for a breed that thrives on stability and discipline.

Something like half the dogs at my shelter are chihuahuas or chi mixes. They're darling dogs, but people keep buying chi puppies, then dumping them due to lack of socialisation and training. (more)

I volunteer at a shelter, and I'd take all the cats home with me if I could. They're such darlings, and range from kittens to elderly. They're so sweet and loving, and they just want places of their own.

I'm literally getting the rabies series right now. This man is going to go down in the books as a mass murderer.

Come to Oklahoma. We'll go and see the Museum of Osteology.
