Really funny how my boss was praising the new foreman. Saying he'd love to have five more of him. Only to then refuse to release for pay for his men, losing a good amount of men for his site for almost entirely the whole region and having to put up hiring advertisements again. Still no salary, btw

My boss be like, "why do you wanna resign?" Maybe the lack of 13th month pay, getting paid half my salary every payroll, and outright refusing to pay any laborers, making them work through the holidays, might have something to do with it old man.
