*Sigh* guys, I have been arguing against this perception for years so it would be great if we could not put it on City materials unless there is an actual citation that backs it up.

You call this cramming people into high-rise apartments. I call this forcing most land to be low-density. Even if we want the same thing, your framing suggests lowering density where it is allowed. Mine suggests increasing density where it's not allowed.
