His first shot was thru the lower left windshield, then two shots thru open window. Videos of the car up against the pole show the bullet hole thru the windshield. So he could have killed multiple people with that first shot, including other ICE agents!

He also made first shot into the lower left windshield as he stood on edge of car, then shot twice thru the open window as she tried to drive away.

Well if he is, then he harmed himself or had his fellow ICE officers rough him up. However, I saw him walk up to the car after it crashed into a pole and then walk back, get in his vehicle, then leave. There was nothing physically wrong with him. No blood.

The money comes from individual tax payers, not the state. The IRS will assess fines, penalties, interest, and file liens against property. In some cases, may file criminal/civil charges against taxpayers.

He shot once thru the lower left windshield; twice thru the open window. He positioned himself in front edge of the car after first walking around the passenger side. If you watch enough of the posted videos, you’ll see it. A video of the car crashed into the pole shows the windshield bullet hole

Also, that front shot through the lower left windshield could have also killed the other ICE agent who was trying to open the car door!

This case will never go to SCOTUS. It’s a state crime, first of all, and would have to go through trial and all appellate courts in MN. SCOTUS only reviews issues of law, not trial court facts.

Appears he shot 3 times. Looks like first shot was through the windshield, then 2 more through the open window. Physical evidence from the vehicle will confirm or deny that.

If you look at the picture of her car after it struck a pole after the shooting, the air bag has deployed and is covered in blood from the gunshot wounds to her face!
