i guess like fingers crossed i get this position that ive been aiming for for the past year, it's like a 50% pay bump and that would fix me

not that its been a bad card, i just don't want to waste money on a seven year old card when i could buy a new card and everything instead

god knows that if my current gpu (2070 i think off the top of my head) an heros then i will probably not be buying another of the same card

if i get like, the psu and the mobo and the boring stuff out of the way then it'll make the other stuff more reasonable

after pricing things out and knowing what im looking for, even though prices are are going to keep climbing for gpus and ram i still think i might start buying a few of the components, the expensive bits are the gpu (currently $950), cpu ($470) and ram ($400 for 32gb ddr5 what the fuck ddue)

did a quick speclist to get a feel for what i would be doing and.....i guess it's not as cataclysmic of a price as I expected but who knows what it'll be in a few months. current list with a 7900xtx and a 9800x3d w 32gb ram and a 2tb samsung ssd is ~2500

ughhhhhhh man today is payday too so I technically? have the money to buy this Now but money will be really tight for a while if I do :( and then theres the problem that if i do get this i'll basically be locking myself into buying other pc parts
