If you go into Settings>Lock screen and SOD>Secure lock settings> turn on Show Lockdown mode option. When you hold the power button you'll see a screen button for "Lockdown mode" that will turn off biometrics.

For those who have Android phones, you can have the convenience of biometrics AND set your power button (if you hold it) to bring up a screen that instantly lets you turn off biometrics and lock your phone down.

The thing is that it doesn't mean "no border security." It means the current agency is corrupt to the core and must be abolished in favor of a new one without the current personnel or culture. US law enforcement in general needs a culture of service, not occupation, as it's foundation.

Yes, and per DOJ's own Criminal Resource Manual, "Force is an essential element of the crime. Long v. United States, 199 F.2d 717 (4th Cir. 1952)...which reasonably causes a Federal officer to anticipate bodily harm."

I think the issue probably is that there is a mens rea component to a lie that a journalist would have a hard time verifying factually,
