They need to stop setting fires. Peaceful protest isn't burning cars, or throwing concrete from bridge overpasses.

We had an injured cat, it was the same, he kept shaking the cast off. I sewed a (shelf liner) material into a cast-cover, and it allowed him to walk on it, which greatly eased his irritation to it, and then he left it on from that point forward. He couldn't walk before, he was slipping too much.

This is beyond comprehension, that these kids have no protectors, no advocates to speak on their behalf.
