On a visit to San Diego I saw a teen and his “e-bike”pulled over by LEO. Likely his mom was in a car behind them. My guess was impoundment and a ticket. That’s how e-bikes going high speeds should be dealt with. Btw, it’s out of control in San Diego. I don’t see the super speed e-bikes in Portland.

This is a ped, bike, light rail only bridge in Portland, Oregon. A few weeks ago, a car rode over it.
