haha! I remember the first time seeing the video with my Jamaican friend while we were in Minneapolis! I didn't know one little Jamaican woman could swear so much and we both swear a lot. LOL

It's troublesome ha ha because I also have my spleen defined. So I can get a hit and then I have to wait my wave. Still working on it 10 years later. I realize more these days that the splenic hit is more about survival and it's a loud thought!
