My spouse, a cancer survivor, has lost his immunity. He is immune-compromised and cannot vaccinate against it. Vaccinate if you can!

The dentures are now toast because his jaw is no longer stable. A dentist saw his scans and sought a payday instead of the sobering reality an oncology surgeon sees. He needs more invasive, expensive surgery or risks a break in the radiation-ravaged area. We need to stop stigmatizing tooth loss.

Well it happened: employment found him. It's a great job but it's just about the last place I wanted to go. I've been moping about for months as life and lifestyle changes crashed into each other. But it could be worse. Hanging in there and hoping you are too. This is one rough ride. #genXaging

The smell from doing this activity decades ago lives on in my olfactory memory. Truly a lingering gift.

Hubby was in chemotherapy for his 2nd bout with cancer and needed yet another injection of something between chemo rounds. A nurse at the hospital set up a tent in the parking lot, preventing him from the need to go inside while admissions were rapidly rising. He recovered & remains cancer-free.

I've made it several times now. We love the texture. To play with the flavor, I added maple extract, vanilla and cardamom and it was the best version so far.

Until then, I'll fill a super soaker with window cleaner. I'm down for refilling an awesome dispenser to save on waste.
