House: Everyone talks about the visuals which I do adore but the tone of this movie interests me. Has such happy music with colorful and fun shots but has this somber undertone to it. Haven't stopped thinking about it since I watched which is a sign of an excellent movie.

Evil Dead: Beginning of Sam Raimi torturing his best friend to make movies. Whole trilogy is good (Evil Dead 2 is my fav), but respect for where it all began.

Killer Klowns from Outer Space: Shocked this didn't get more movies, would've probably been one of those series where the sequel is better with a mediocre third movie. As is it's fine.

The Blob (OG and Remake): Similar case for The Fly, but the remake not only has the concept better executed but has actual stakes in that anyone can die.

Braindead: Resident Evil if it was a demented comedy, just missing the rocket launcher. Goriest movie I've ever seen but if you can handle that it's funny as hell.

El Vampiro y El Sexo: Naughty version of Santo in Dracula's Treasure. Subs didn't work all the time but better than watching it dubbed. Funny little movie.
